Our mission is to help you provide a safe environment for your congregation, students, staff and guests. We provide your first response team with spiritually minded safety and protection training as well as health, fire and weather related emergency protocols and training.
We train your people to recognize, evaluate, implement and act with a cool head and be spiritually minded.
Having a plan in place and a well trained staff and volunteers is your first line of defense when emergency happens. Possible reduction of insurance cost and providing a safe environment for everyone are just a couple of benefits to having a plan in place.
We will have an assessment team, develop an evaluation with a report of findings. Develop a program to fit your needs and size is our next step. We then help you with team assessment and background checks. Next is training, we use scenario-based training and then we practice and practice and practice and then we test. One of the keys after the initial training is reassessment and development of a growth track. Working with your local agencies (law enforcement, emergency medical services and fire/rescue) to inform them of the plan that is in place.
